Rhianon Walls holds a BA in Psychology and has worked for more that 20 years with a diverse range of ages and issues in both the public and private sectors including her own practice.
Providing employee assistance programs and as a workshop trainer with government and private sector experience has given her experience in workplace counselling.
Using a client centered eclectic approach to therapy, including cognitive behavioural, emotionally focused and solution focused therapies, Rhianon believes each person can use their own strengths to become the happier empowered self they want to be. Rhianon includes sandplay, interactive drawing/art and social skills training if indicated.
Rhianon works with children, teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety and cultural/life adjustment issues as well as grief and loss. She is a trained marriage and relationship counsellor. She is also experienced working with families in conflict and anger management issues.
